Penniedarling

 You may have seen these beautiful photos of my four favourite children, they were taken on the 19th of March in 1982, after we'd just walked over the Sydney Harbour Bridge on it's 50th Birthday.

These photos have hung in our hallway for 34 years... but one sad morning a month or so ago...

 ... an accident happened, it wasn't me or David and there will be no names and as the 3yo said... It was an accident!  And it really was an accident and it wouldn't have happened if I hadn't been throwing things over the banister  :-(

There was much broken glass, much distress and much... what do we do now!

So we carefully took, the slightly warped photos out of their frames, placed them onto a soft surface covered them in soft sheets and placed heavy books on top.  Next step is to buy more glass, repair the frames and put my beautiful boys up on the wall next to their sisters :-)
